How secure are your Real Estate transactions?

How secure are your Real Estate transactions?

In this episode, we sit down with the VP of Business Development for Title | Pipe™, Alicia Reinhard who shares with us her journey in the Real Estate space. But more importantly, she shares with our listeners facts that show how many transactions in the Real Estate space aren't as secure as most think, starting from the title process down to closing. Today many transactions occur via email and we have seen how easily emails can be hacked and people easily scammed. Alicia walks us through the benefits of the product she promotes as well as the levels of security provided to make sure EVERY transaction is secure for ALL parties involved.

Alicia Reinhard

Realtor / VP of Business Development

For nearly 20 years, Alicia Reinhard has had the pleasure of tackling service here in the treasure valley. She started her career in the real estate industry 19 years ago. She began honing her craft in all aspects of the trade to include: title, escrow, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and real estate business development.

Amid a global pandemic, Alicia felt a desire to step outside her corporate comfort zone and set her sights on being an entrepreneur. On July 1, 2020, she took action – opening the doors for business; Connect Idaho at Silvercreek Realty Group was born. Hitting the ground running, Alicia earned business through constant hustle, cold calls, and working her sphere of influence, closing escrow on 22 units by the end of her first year.

With a focused effort on infill and land development, Alicia plans to keep the momentum going; aiding in the land entitlement process, she will proudly represent a series of new construction projects in 2022.

Serving is her niche!

September 2021, Alicia was named Vice President of Business Development for Title | Pipe™, the first and only neutral real estate collaboration platform, solving wire fraud and helping inspire a secure path forward industry-wide. Due to her active involvement in real estate, Alicia was named Idaho Women’s Council Entrepreneur of the year. Currently, Alicia is serving as the 2021 Vice-chair of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) to protect the values and rights as agents that we hold dear.
